Service was unbelievably horrible. I'm sure there are aomething good servers here but a coworker and I, during breakfast on a slow friday, had an older soft spoken man who was horrendous. Ignored us, messed up the order twice, forgot to bring extra sauce that was in the original order and asked for again after the food was delivered, and could be heard complaining about us wanting what we ordered. After experiencing some of the worst customer service I've ever had, I asked to speak with the manager in hopes to resolve the issue. While I was trying to explain the problems, the manager, Pascal, continued to speak over me & finally asked "what is it that you want?" I said, "I would like to be able to get a full sentence out when speaking with you." He just said "I will come your whole bill." and walked away. I will never go back to this Shari's again. Horrible service. The waitress got all our orders wrong and didn't fix it until I asked her the second time that they were wrong. We walked in not even greeted till 5 mins later when another couple walked in . We ordered a sailors breakfast for our 2 year old, which comes with a side. But the waitress didn't want to give him a side . I told her it clearly states on the kids menu it comes with a side and she says, " yeah, so what do you want then"?
