RecommendedI just at at Shari’s Willows Pond yesterday. Delightful server and other staff! AND now it is being FORCED to close for indoor dining for NO GOOD REASON!!! There was absolutely NO risk for covid when I was there! AND in fact unlike other places they actually gave me a menu plus salt and pepper shakers. They clean them all carefully. I will be back there as soon as they can open again. There is NO reason for our “Governor”. to try to ruin business of places like this!!!

I was there with my family waiting for about 10 minutes to be seating, with nobody else in line and nobody even acknowledged us, so we just went to Denny’s. Very poor service in your part so I will not come back to this restaurant.
Started my breakfast out with fruit that had clearly been cut around/near onions, served lukewarm food, sausages were huge and disgusting, couldn't get out of there fast enough. Server was nice enough so I didn't want to be rude because not her fault, but I did send back the fruit.
I ordered pies on line and was charged for them but when I went to pick them up they said that they couldn't find the order so I had to pay cash for my pies. I have tried for 2 weeks to get a refund on the pies I never received. It's $35 to reverse the charge so it's not worth going through my bank. I'll be getting my pies elsewhere in the future.
Shari's is one of my Fast food Restaurants though it's not Really!! a fast food Place... hahaha Sometimes can be a little slow ... just because they make the food presentable and Delicious!! The Waiters ,waitresses, and Managment is So nice!! They help makes me feel so comfortable as if This would be my Kinda welcoming to everyone Home..... 😁❤
