Very rude video poker attendant. Came in wearing mask and sat down at a open machine. Was yelled at once for sitting down at a uncleaned machine ( on with no signs ) and again came back to lecture for sitting down at the machine while standing face to face. No offer to clean only to complain. Bad experience and will not be wasting my money at the machines here again.
They have gotten my order TERRIBLY wrong for the third and final time and won’t get my money anymore. Apparently this qualifies for a almost 15 dollar burger... yum 🤢
The staff have turned over and were very slow this time. They also stopped making our favorite soup. 😕
tried to call in order twice hung up twice go to restaurant. no apology guy and lady was very rude contradicting what I said! very very very rude! go where people are friendly!

I asked for eggs over medium they came out over soft over easy whatever you wanna call it snotty whites. My toast was sogd with butter so the toast was all limpy and not crispy like it should be and the sausage links I were told were really good because they don't have sausage patties and yet they were even cooked all the way they were just fatty and greasy. Manager came up asked what was going on I explained everything and he just gave us half off not much of a good personality at all

The manager is extremely helpful, actually the staff is great!!! Definitely recommend this location!!! Don’t go to king city they are horrible they always make me feel I am a waste of time and rushing me!!!!
The food is always good if not great every time I go. Servers are always sweet and they have great pies too. Try some chipotle Tabasco on the peanut butter and the chocolate pies... it's awesome!
Visited the Shari's in Tualatin on Thanksgiving Day and I have to say I was disappointed in the turkey dinner. The dressing - made with canned apples (?) - was mushy and did not taste good at all. My meal was served cold and I had to ask to have it reheated. However, on a positive note, our waitresses were excellent. Not their fault that the food was below par. We are regular customers and we will be back, but probably not for a holiday meal.
