Our silverware was dirty, we waited for almost a half hour for food. The waitress also gave a lot of attitude to my boyfriend when he was paying for our food. We were not happy with our experience at all.

We apologize for not providing you the excellent service that people have come to expect from Shari's. If you would call the restaurant I would love to chat with you further. I (the manager) will be there after 6. Your concerns are a concern to us, and I would really like to address them with you personally
We have eaten there many times!! Always had great service & good food... And pie!!! It has never been dirty when we were there....
Service was slow and food cold. Best part of our meal was the company we had in town. Won't go back to thus one in Grants Pass Oregon
The breakfast was okay at best, and my son's lemonade was lemon water. I ordered an ice tea and was never offered a refill.
They always have great service and wonderful food. They also take requests to switch up items that are a healthier choice!
Dirty, bad service horrible food. Will not go back.
