The food was good and the service was good but my son found hair in his plate. The manager was good enough to take it off our bill.
Our group loves Shari's here in Grants Pass. The service is excellent. Good food, and wonderful atmosphere. We love our Shari's here.

Good food and service. Friendly people. This is my second visit. I'll be back when I pass through again.
Never had an issue before. But the rudest woman i had ever met worked there. My friend and i were paying customers. We never got service but others did. When we then decided to go play a littlw poker. She made snobby rude hurtful remarks while looking at our ids. We went to the counter to ask why it took an hour for 2 sodas then made more remarks yelling so the entire Shari's customers heard. I stood there in shock as i was friendly. Loved the food and had a great waitress but the ant problem in the booth was the worst. They were crawling on me
Good food! Good service and friendly waitresses. Due to my regular lifestyle most of the food is too rich or sweet for me, but well made and certainly very tasty when I ate such things! I suggest it!
