Took a long time to get our food and the burger I got was burnt. The server was pleasant.
The service is great the food was filling can't ask for a better place to eat
This is the slowest service I have EVER experienced at a Sharis. Generally a go to for us when we travel but completely disgusted by the slow service here. We've been waiting over an hour and still no food!
I had one of there angus burgers, with an egg and ham and oh boy it was amazing!! And my fries were hot! Will be going back
We went out for a nice relaxing family dinner. 2 of our 3 meals when they came out we were told "we were out of what you ordered so we made you this instead". Wow. Since when does the restaurant tell you what you are going to eat?!?!

We went there Sunday the 7th of Feb. Waited 20 mins for water. Waitresses worried about shift change. Our waitress was nice. I was served PotRoast with GLUE POTATOES served like slop dog food. Meal was cold had to wait for new fries. Fish horrible. I turned my meal back. Watched my friends eat. Wasn't charged for it. I'd never go back.
We got wrong orders, an unfriendly and grouchy server, and were overlooked as a customer! I have had previous issues here but will now never return!
Great comfort food, big ol' portions, good prices.
