RecommendedGreat food Always great customer service.
This has got to be the WORST restaurant I have ever ate at. Cold watery non cooked eggs. Omelet looks like a pike of scraps. Not wrapped. Twice now the food here is not edible. How do you stay in business. Employees vacuuming and hitting my feet while I'm eating. This is truly horrible!!

we were on of 3 tables but had to wait over 5 minutes to be seated then another 10 to ask for coffee and juice. the waitress brought the wrong creamer and initially got our order wrong despite writing it down. the food came pretty quickly but the soft boiled eggs were hard boiled, my requested well done sauage was barely cooked, the biscuit was large but flat and the sausage gravy had 0 flavor and despite looking i only found 3 flecks of sausage in it and a lot of parsley for some reason. the hashbrowns and orange juice were... read more
Service by the asst mngr, I believe her name was Debbie, her service was absolutely impeccable and she was very accommodating in every way.
this is second time that my wife and I have gone into a Shari's for breakfast. the first was in Kennewick. just like this one in Lewiston our food was cold. we sat in the lewiston Shari's for more than 45 minutes before we got our food. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EAT THERE AGAIN! NEVER
Slow service, totally ignored by the wait staff waiting to be seated.
