we just ordered through uber eats and our biscuits and gravy is literally dinner rolls and gravy. eww.

Honestly the place is great but the older manager with the glasses and short hair for the late night shift is consistently rude with customers and over the phone. I really don't understand where it comes from but her customer service needs some work. Everybody else is great though.

We were seated in 5 minutes. The waiters were really friendly. I had a breakfast mimosa...Nice. The food servings were so huge when I left I needed a nap. Overall great place...it reminds me of a restaurant called Arners in New castle Delaware.

This makes the second time in a couple weeks that Shari’s has disappointed. The first time it took about 1 1/2 hours to get our food, and then my order was WRONG! Wrong 3 times!! I say that because I asked the waitress 3 times to get the order right, I finally gave up because she was just that inept. This time, the food was ok, but we were charged for iced tea (traditional) when we didn’t order any tea. SOOO, Shari’s you have lost some good customers. Was given 2 gift certificates for the poor service that me and my girlfriend recieved at sheris martin way, olympia wa last visit, this visit at a different sheris on pacific and fones road in lacey, was told I couldn't use both gift certificates at the same time that the corporate office sent me and was charged for half the meal
