For takeaway, it was horrible, the steaks were so over cooked, the portions were small. My son’s side of fries had maybe 10 fries. They too were over cooked. Biscuits and gravy was minimal. Will never order for take out again. Eating Inside is better. Service staff are great.
The ham dinner was cold, nothing says Thanksgiving like a very small pile of cold mashed potatoes and gravy. Vegetables were also cold and bland. The ham was terribly salty (tasting similiar to jerky) and I did not receive a roll AT ALL. Additionally I did not receive my soup until I asked for it. Not happy won't recommend to anyone ever.
What a difference! Quick service with a smile!!! Excellent pie and hot cocoa. Seated and served in about 5 minutes. Fabulous! This is important, since we waited at the other Shari's (Martin Way) for 25 minutes without being served/acknowledged, then we walked out. We just wanted pie! This Shari's (Pacific Ave) delivered, thank you so much!!!
RecommendedIf you want the best, friendliest service - cross your fingers and hope to get Lyn as your waitress. Fantastic!
My aunt and I stopped at this Shari’s on our way home from Lake Stevens. I used to work for Shari’s in Oregon, and my aunt currently does. This was, by far, the WORST Shari’s I have ever been too. We waited for over 5 minutes to be seated (it wasn’t even busy), waited over 5 minutes to get a drink (again, not busy), waited over 20 minutes for our food (still not busy), and had to argue with the cashier about applying my aunt’s employee discount. Our server was slow, inattentive, and rude. The food was good, though.
