Doctors are great. Billing is terrible. I was charged in March and April for both of my kids preventative visit ($560). I have called the billing department several times, left messages, and called the front office. It is now January of the following year and nobody can give me information about the bill. They just say that they will contact an appropriate person and then nothing. It’s like they never even charged the insurance company. Then you go through insurance and they need the billing directly from the office.

You couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician. She does everything you could desire and more. Superb Care.
My son is 5 months old and we have been seeing Dr Jacob’s since he was born. She’s everything I hoped for in a doctor for my baby. She’s personable and I can tell she truly cares. The office there is amazing and have been able to get us in on very short notice. If you are looking for a good doctor, look no further!!
