Ok so let me start by saying they had no drinks but had a machine where you could use ya card and get a 2 dollar soda .. I was also looking for the black owned vibe and it was nothing but Mexicans in there .. the lump crab meat was nasty as hell and the wrap was bland .. I was so disappointed and for the price I will never be back

I'm beyond disappointed in the food I ordered, the price was ridiculous but I am willing to pay for good service and good food.. I ordered a 3 wing rotisserie meal w/mac & cheese, & candied yams (13$), an iced lemon cake, 2 sweet potato cheese pies, 2 black bottoms, and a strawberry lemonade. I ordered 10 rotisserie wings, when I get home there was only 8 in the box, is it that hard to count to 10. it wasn't hard for them to take 4 extra dollars and not give me my wings
The food is good they messed up my order and did not try to compensate for it and their hr is very unprofessional and not a very good at conducting business

I pulled up to Shareefs but I decided to call from the parking lot since the whole coronavirus thing is out here. the guy answered the phone and was rude. he said they weren't taking orders over the phone. I explained I was right in the car. so he made me get out to order. I ordered and then he tells me I have to leave and come back. He was rude then too. He made me pay $1.50 for extra sauce on my wrap and I swear this is the dryest wrap I ever ate. Highly dissatisfied. 👎🏾
I haven't been to Shareefs since the staff changes at the Franklin st location. Tried to give the liberty rd location a chance. My shrimp platter was horrible. The shrimp were rubbery and bland. The broccoli was chunks of half charred- half raw hardness, and the rice was also undercooked. I couldn't finish my food. I used to LOVE these shrimp platters, not anymore.
Best food EVER! Make sure to ask for extra sauce on your platters and thank me later 🤤
