Absolute horrible. I can’t believe this is an actual company and not a SCAM. I tried getting my FMLA paperwork for my job leave. Initially my OB said they would handle everything. 1rst issue they send me the invoice details to pay for the paperwork(which is bs) and the invoice is not available. I work in medical records and I have to deal with them multiple times a week and they are awful. They are unprofessional. They don’t read the entire request. Which means they don’t pay attention to what you are requesting. Their representatives are awful. Just an awful third party records company. They tell you that you will get records in 7-10 business days, try closer to 20 BUSINESS days. Horrible experience trying to get medical records. Not custumer friendly, wasted 45 minutes to try to get my records, impossible to get them on my MAC, I work with computers and I in the healthcare industry, I will fire sharecare, it is a complete waste, compromising patient care with the delays and charging ahead for an email. How are the elderly supposed to get records ??
Garbage company full of garbage employees. These people deal with medical records people NEED and then don’t send, delay send, lie about when they actually sent, send blank data. They should be sued.
Terrible experience getting my medical records. Terrible company, paying ridiculous fees to get your own medical records and awful customer service. But of course there's no incentive for them to care about about the patient since they have no choice but to pay this company.
