They have a communication issue. They never send you request then cancel your request saying they never received payment. I can't pay something that I never received.
Pretty impressive how poorly this company is run. They lost my records request, then they failed to connect me with a supervisor (as everyone else has said, they claimed there was no one available), then they said I would be sent a survey. Nope, didn't get that, either. Basically, they're a bunch of liars. I'm sort of amazed that healthcare companies are using them at all.
Forced to have to use this pathetic company. Horrible customer service. No regards for patients. Absolute horror show. And to have to pay for it is disgusting
Awful, would leave 0 stars if possible. We work to help our clients get on Social Security Disability. ShareCare is consistently dreadful to work with. I call them to request a cancellation on an invoice using the phone number provided on the invoice. The representative tells me that facility has its own department within ShareCare with a different phone number. They transfer me and the line is never picked up no matter how long I wait.
