Paid for medical documents that I never received. The doctor I was referred to had to call the physician and get them to send the medical documents over directly because ShareCare’s link/file would not open for me, or the physician I was referred to. It doesn’t matter how small the amount, the service should be provided if you are paying for it.
This company is is horrendous. I broke my ankle and have needed short term disability. Trying to get the correct records and paperwork is like trying to extract every tooth from a great white shark. NOTHING has been sent properly, but they've charged me 3 times. When I got an email for a 4th charge I called for a 20th time to find out what for seeing as they have yet to process any of my previous requests to find out the paperwork was a duplicate. All they want is money money money … the worst company ever!!! Make me pay separate for medical records that were requested with my short term disability paperwork.
Am totally angry that my medical provider uses this worthless company. Why not just put records in patient portal like most providers. Total crap process for getting records.
Do not expect anything to be done in a timely manner. Expect to get nothing but a run around and excuses and it's our process. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
