0 stars! This company is the absolute worst. Submitted documents for a patient for FMLA & STD. They pick and chose which document to have filled out, then did it wrong. When advising them they it was not enough information to support leave & no specific leave dates documented, they told me I had to pay for that same document again…even though they did not ensure the document was complete, stating, “You requested additional information”. Horrible company , they do not fill out paperwork correctly and will you give you the run around to the point of losing your job. Absolutely do not recommend anyone doing business with them. They have no problem taking your money and not doing their jobs properly.

There should not be a third party company with overseas operators who can't understand what is asked of them, having access to patient medical records and with holding them from patients. No support at all and truly awful customer service and all they care about is getting a five star rating in the survey at the end of the call!
