They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me on... read more

Encountered billing issues that amounted to FRAUD. Went in for procedure and paid out of pocket. They then billed insurance company for entire amount. Double Dipping! Reported to insurance company and Bakersfield police for Fraud. Sent Demand letter and suing small claims court for a paid in full receipt to close issue. Office manager laughed at me and said it was easier for me to pay them an extra amount. They threatened to ruin my credit. Sorry, but I don't give in to extortion.
