With a serious ankle injury prior to moving here, I wanted the best orthopedic doctor I could find. A retired Head of Radiology recommended Dr. Shapiro to me in 2002. Never dreaming I would have so many problems, he has treated me for 2 torn minicus, massive rotator cuff surgery, partial hip replacement, etc. He is the best diagnostician in the area and has treated many of my friends and family. He is never quick to recommend surgery I can't say enough positive about him professionally.

Dr. Shapiro has been my Dr. for a very long time. I have been seeing him for my knee. He is an excellent Dr. and I trust him with my life. If I need another type of Dr. I go to him for his recommendation. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Shapiro's Office is out of control, employees do not communicate with patients in the right way, causing patients to work and additional and unnecessary expenses, so that they can do a ser- vice, requires a lot of work and a lot of waiting for their secretaries communicate with patients and never respond to more message left concerning any surgery not recommend it for anything.

Dr. Shapiro did a great job of explaining my rotator cuff injury to me. He did a good job with the surgery, although it was more painful than I expected. His therapist, Sherry, had no idea what she was doing. She was more interested in talking and working on the computer than actually doing therapy. Tony did a much better job. AVOID SHERRY. I progressed much better after I switched therapy places. Overall Dr. Shapiro did a great job with me and I would go back.

Dr. Shapiro is the best surgeon around. We are originally from Boston,MA and have very high expectations when it comes to medical care , Dr. Shapiro has exceeded every single expectation ! He takes his time to make sure his patients are comfortable and educated every step of the way . My husband underwent knee surgery after several tries with others and Dr. Shapiro has given him relief ! He truly cares about his patients , we can't say enough about him!!
