Dr. Shapiro is a great dentist. We were patients of his for 8 years before the pandemic hit. We miss his chair-side manner, his retro office, and the friendly front desk staff.
I missed my appointment by accident. The secretary was out for the day so when I asked Dr. Shapiro how I could reschedule he shooed me away with his hand and said he was too busy. When I continued to try and ask when his secretary would be back in he turned away and walked away without answering. His behavior was extremely rude and I would not recommend going to this office.
