Have been a patient since 2008 for Breast Cancer. This office is fantastic! The staff is amazing, so kind, polite. Jenny is the provider I now see and she’s awesome! Thank you for the kindness at the Front Desk, everyone is amazing!
After just being diagnosed with breast cancer from tn oncology and scheduled a double macetomy for 3 weeks away. I needed a second opinion badly. My insurance is blue care bluegrass blueshield and vanderbilt Dr. Serie was my referral and my only choice for 2nd opinion. I waited 2.5 weeks to only have my appointment canceled by a staff member with no name via voicemail and when I called and physically drove my car up to their office they refused to see me even though my insurance is " In-Network". Really disappointed in our 2 scheduled appointments.. Both were cancelled, once for scheduling problems and the last saying they couldn't help.. It's a sad day for a patient with hope
