Shannon Nuckols is GREAT! Shannon accommodated our out-of-state travel schedule while we looked for homes in Arkansas. I felt like she was family from the very first time we spoke. We were moving from out of state so not only was she accommodating with our schedule, she was very smart to take us to points of interest near the homes we were looking at which helped us pin point the area we decided on. Our agent Shannon, is very detail conscious and professional. I was so impressed with her that we have engaged her to sell our current home. She worked closely with us to handle lender objections. Shannon Nuckols is helpful, knowledgeable, patient, diligent, and great at responding to emails and questions. She has great knowledge of Arkansas in general, which has been incredibly helpful since we’re from another state. We would definitely recommend Shannon to anyone.
