Shannon and Joey are simply great. They are two of the most down to earth, friendly and approachable people who happen to be realtors I have met. Shannon has helped me buy three times and each time has made what should be a stressful process absolutely fine and sometimes even fun!! She knows most other realtors in the area, seems to be well liked and respected and that definitely helped seal the deal for my first home. Highly recommend.
We had to sell our home while we were overseas and Shannon made it easy. She took care of getting it ready for sale, including arranging contractors for us and having it exquisitely dressed for the perfect marketing photographs. Always professional, she was also genuine and straightforward. Our home was sold over asking, within a week and a half of going on the market. Shannon was absolutely amazing. Very professional and always proactive at touring houses and giving the right advice. We wouldn’t have found a place without her. We also worked with Sherri who’s also always charming and a pleasure to work with. Both are extremely hard working and go over and beyond to make buying a home a reality!
