Very professional, answered all my questions about upcoming procedure.
Took the time to explain the conditions and all the treatment options. He spent about 40 minutes going over everything. I can’t remember the last Dr. to spend the kind of time. Excellent!
Dr. Marek was professional and caring. I was so glad to find him! He even rushed my procedure so I could get answers before having to potentially have an un-needed surgery. He was the first doctor to listen to me and get to the bottom of my problems. He has great bedside manner and makes patients feel comfortable under his care. He also has a great staff!
Dr Marek was patient , understanding and explained things in lay mans terms. His bedside manner was fantastic. He also has a great sense of humor. We were so impressed that my husband is going to use him. And he doesn't usually trust Drs!!!!
Dr Marek has literally changed my life. I had been going to another gastroenterologist for years and he never took the time to address my problems. My primary physician told me about Dr. Marek. From the first appointment to the present Dr Marek listened. He scheduled me for some procedures right away. He found my problems. He treated them professionally and competently. A little over a year later I am living with health and comfort thanks to this kind and cheerful physician.

Dr Marek found a fairly large mass in my colon. It is my understanding that many (if not most) Gastroenterologists would have referred me to a surgeon who would cut out that section of colon, requiring me to wear a bag the rest of my life. Dr. Marek took the time to remove the mass himself during that same colonoscopy. He has both the patience and the skill necessary to remove the large 3 cm (1.25 inches) mass. I was definitely blessed to have Dr. Mareck perform my procedure.
