Dr. Marek takes a very concern effort in explaining the details to the patient in his health care. He also provides pertinent life styles information for you and other family members. Very pleasant experience.
I first saw Dr. Marek in 2011. At that time, he was the most caring, sensitive, and personable doctor I had ever had the opportunity of meeting. I am a 66 year old woman who has had some serious health issues, including but not limited to cancer, and I saw Dr. Marek for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I did not have a good experience with Dr. Marek. He was a little condescending about taking natural laxatives. I had major stomach pain so he scheduled a colonoscopy which I waited over a month to have done.. I got severely sick during the prep and was throwing up “brown” liquid! Went to the ER room at 2am.. was sent home by the ER.. So instead of Dr. Marek’s office calling me in to the office after that ASAP they called and told me to drink more Miralax and schedule another colonoscopy. Seriously?? I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Marek. He sat down and honestly listened to me about my ongoing problem with recurring bouts of diverticulitis and came up with a plan forward. I look very forward to a life where I am not having to worry about when is it going to happen to me again and for that I am very grateful to Dr. Marek and his staff.
Found staff and Dr. Marek to be very competent and caring. Had no qualms about going there for my colonoscopy.
