We haven't lived here one full month yet and have run into maintenance problems. We received 3 emails stating they made 3 repairs to our apartment but noone has come through the door. We took recent pics to prove the repairs were not completed. Michelle, the manager said "Oh well, the maintenance man says the work is completed." But it is not done and she doesn't care.
Welcome to Shannon Glen apartments. Where a work order for a door coming off the track. Said work order is neglected for 3 weeks. My sliding glass door just fell off its track onto my balcony.
The Shannon Glen is 1 of the ghetto places in Colo springs,the maintenance does sloppy repairs on an apt so they get you to move in and then when the shoddy repair fails,they put you on a back burner telling you we'll get to it. Then they overcharge tenants on electricity by having 150 gallon water heaters that run on six elements with four elements bad and spinning the meters off the hook. Dirty run down and office and Maintance are horrible and ultilities are through the roof
Moldy and cockroaches and they refused to fix anything for six months so I stopped paying rent
Shannon glen apts my daughter and her hubby and daughter move out and there said a lot was bad here would not fix anything we call about fixing stuff and nothing gun shoting and now there are bering sueding for $2,000 I see there love money but there do not went to fix a peple in Shannon glen I mean notting someone help the all the BBB PLEASE
