Shanna helped me sell my house in Haverford, and buy my new place in Germantown. She was great. She worked really hard, on the job all the time, anticipating questions and challenges, guiding me through the whole process. Shanna is a fantastic realtor! She stuck with us the entire way through the process and kept suggesting great homes along the way until we found one that fit our needs. She is quick to respond and has lot's of great connections around the city with contractors, maintenance etc. which are of great use as needs arise.
