Excellent help! The Shanks Jewelers in Rockwall located off of Ridge Road by Video Village is a great little jewelry store. They are more than willing to specially order a piece and have it ready when you need it. A good place to browse as they have quite a few collectibles (figurines, glass pieces, etc) as well as a good selection of jewelry. PROS: Home town friendly CONS:
Shanks Jewelers is a nice store Shanks is a nice little jewelry store in Rockwall that has a staff willing to go the extra mile for its customers. Store has a good selection of jewelry. The only downside is the hours of operation are a bit limited, but it's still a nice store.

They were very friendly, efficient, and affordable. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by their kindness and candor. They went above and beyond for a minor repair on my wedding band. We will be back for sure.
