Avoid this fraud at all costs. When the nurse took us back to the room, she mentioned that the doctor was chatty. And he certainly was. Chatted with my daughter about college. Talked about his experiences and his own daughter. Which is fine except he billed me extra for his chatting time. Completely unethical and I will be reporting to whatever licensing board will hear me.
