Shank Auto Repair is honest, fairly priced and gets repairs done timely. We've called with unexpected uh-oh's and routine maintenance and have gotten prompt appointments for both. Couldn't ask for anything more!
We’ve been to Philip several times with different vehicles over the last couple months. Each time we’ve been overly impressed at Philip’s attention to detail and efficiency of time in which the job is completed. Phillip was so kind when I brought my vehicle. I always feel I never know what services I need my car. The dealerships ALWAYS have some package to recommend and I never know if I REALLY need it. I felt so comfortable with Phillip and knew he would only recommend the services I needed. His office also had WIFI which was a great help to me so I could continue working while having my vehicle serviced. I can't recommend Shank Auto Repair enough! I recently had a serious problem and Phillip did such a thorough job properly diagnosing the issue that I had him also do the repairs. I felt confident that my car was in good hands and that I was treated more than fairly when it came time to pay the bill.
Phillip was great!!! We had an appointment scheduled with him and he was ready and waiting by the time we got there. Super friendly and fast. He was by far the best deal we found in town. Bonus points for having a kid-friendly waiting area it definitely kept my two-year-old preoccupied as we waited. Will definitely be back.
