My husband and I felt really good after our appointments with Dr. Lampley. She is very thorough and we are looking forward to having her as our PCP.
New to the City. Excellent first meeting. Looking forward to becoming an established patient. No pressure to divulge anything just a discussion what I was comfortable discussing. Very pleasant with helpful suggestions.
Dr. Shani Lampley and her staff are phenomenal. If you want a very competent, compassionate professional that LISTENS to you and investigates possible problems and provides solutions, then go see Dr.Lampley. I pray she is accepting new patients. She is what excellent doctors should strive to be with their patients. Did I also mention her moral and ethical qualities are to be praised in a time where these things are on the down swing!!!! Highly recommend!!!
Our experience was not so great. I brought my daughter in from Florida for an appointment with her and she told us that she wasn't accepting new patients after we confirmed the appointment with and they sent confirmation texts to make sure she was coming. She managed to work her in eventhough she acted as if it was our fault. Her demeanor was good until this happened. Hopefully, the communication with her and her staff is better now.
