First time at Shanghai Jazz for a company event and we had a great time. Excellent food and oustanding service! I will definitely come back with family and friends.

Just came back from another marvelous night at Shanghai Jazz. The music is Just a treat along with very good food. If you like jazz this is the place to go.
Food and atmosphere were wonderful, and wait staff were friendly and attentive. Great place to dine and hear world-class jazz musicians.
Host was so rude to us that we left before we were even seated. We just moved to Madison and were very excited to check this place out. However, when we got there, the host deliberately made an embarrassing spectacle of my wife for not understanding their seating procedure, which was not explained or in any way intuitive. I'll never go back or ever recommend this place to anyone.
