This location is now under corporate ownership and the quality of the food has tanked as a result. It seems like they are now cutting corners everywhere. I previously had dinner here once a week, but not any more.
Screwing up a take out order and then leaving the phone off the hook all evening so there is no way for me to even make contact other than the 20 min drive each way to try and sort it out. So... pretty terrible customer service in that regard. FIX YOUR PHONES, and PAY ATTENTION.

rdered my food and the staff explained that they did not think i was charged enough so they prepared my food differently than I ordered. I confirmed twice that the staff knew what I ordered.

Walked in around 8:40pm and stood at the front for 5-10 minutes before anyone even asked had our order been taken. When another worker finally came back she said she couldn’t take our order and said they were “closing early” and “turned their fryers off at 8:45”...VERY disappointed! My family eats here a lot and have never dealt with as poor customer service as tonight.
