Y’all need to put more love in it again. Last 5 times I’ve been there this is what my side of fries look. Let alone I ordered lemon pepper on them as well and y’all didn’t... this location is loosing me...

Worse Shane’s location there is!! We LOVE Shane’s but will not be back to this one.
So ordered from door dash TWICE for a loaded baked potato. Never once did they inform me that they were ‘Out of potatoes’ but also informed me that ‘it’s not our problem it’s door dash’ & then hung up. I will be calling a manager tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tried Shane’s for the first time yesterday. The meat was so dry, like it had been sitting out all day. Only thing worth eating was the peach cobbler.
