Have eaten here many many times!! EVERYTHING I have ever ordered has always been excellent!! The folks working there are always very nice and they aim to please!! Will definitely recommend Shane's Rib Shack to all my friends!!
So we went to Shane's to eat, my youngest son and myself ordered traditional hot wings and when served, they were still bloody. The manager on duty gave us our money back but when the regional mgr contacted me, he says they were cooked to temp and that it's just veins but offered me coupons... smh... I don't want salmonella and the wings were no where near cooked until done! I took pictures of them, however there's nowhere on this page to post them!
