Usually have a good experience at Shane's. Not tonight. Food was not hot, not even very warm. I asked for some sauce. The employee said is that all. I said yes. She ignored my request and went on about her business. Several employees came by asking patrons how their food was. They walked by us and didn't ask. I had to go to the counter and ask another employee for the sauce. They must of had an off night. Don't come tonight. Maybe tomorrow when they are back on their game. I ordered a pan of baked beans for my family reunion and EVERYONE loved them! The whole pan was eaten...#NoLeftovers! Thanks!
Very nice/professional wait staff, highly recommend.
Our wings came with sauce when we asked for no sauce. They were taken back to the kitchen and as the manager said" sprayed off" and then reserved to us!!!! Needless to say I came home and made a sandwich.
