RecommendedI highly recommend Shane's Rib Shack in Cleveland. We recently had lunch catered from there and it was delicious!!! The manager, Sara was wonderful to work with. She offered me helpful ideas and gave great suggestions. We had a combination of pulled pork and chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad and macaroni and cheese. I didn't order any dessert originally and she was even able to accommodate us with a plate of brownies and cookies last minute. Great BBQ, friendly staff, convenient location

ordered via uber eats, Shaniac burger came absolutely plain... just pork and patty, verified on app other toppings. ordered apple cobbler, received peach Cobbler. was refunded for cobbler but not burger. wings were ok though.
Tried again after a horrible experience a few months ago. Sitting in the parking lot and called to order. Was hung up on, not 1x, but 2xs. Called a 3rd time and asked for a manager. She refused to get one. Note on the 2nd hang up I could hear the 2 girls fussing about having to take a call in order before hanging up on me. No thanks! Plenty of other BBQ places in Cleveland.
Great deal! We purchased the mega meal deal as take out and were very pleased! Food was very tasty and no skimping on portions! We’ll be back!
