First visit of many I'm sure. Nice friendly atmosphere. Clean. Food was fabulous. Absolutely love it!
Can't get enough of this place. We drive and hour every time we need a BBQ fix.
Our first experience with Shane's Rib Shack was in Ellijay after our daughter told us how good it was & then found that there was this one in Cleveland & we have made it a point to drive up from North GA to eat 3 times in 3 weeks, because the service & the food are just as exceptional!! I recommend to all my friends when they are in Cleveland or Ellijay to stop in for a quick, friendly & yummy meal!
The service was great the food is great love BBQ taste the ribs are so good nice place to eat
We order peach cobbler and ask them to bring it out at the end of our meal. They try and give it at the beginning, we tell them we will come up after it. Then they still bring it out before we are ready for it. Good help must be hard to find. Young people with little training or adult supervision. They need work. We stopped coming here before because of that. Hope they read this and try to work on these issues.

I found this place by google search, looking for something new. Been there twice now. And both times the food has been wonderful, served fast and hot! Not the typical BBQ place - the sauces are excellent, and just the perfect amount of flavor and quantity. A clean, friendly environment. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is my new favorite spot!
Food was good but totally not worth waiting 40 minutes on after we ordered. Won't be in a hurry back because of the long wait. Had a bad experience my second trip but the owner was very nice in making it right. Very impressed by the way he took care of us.
