Came here a few days ago. A server came out to our vehicle and asked if we had ordered yet, we said we were doing it currently online and she went on her way. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:30. I put in the special instructions which vehicle we were in (which was right in front of the doors, i might add)... 7:45 rolls around and we are wondering where our food was. not really happy with my last experience with Enterprise Al, store. I wasn't happy with my ribs and all they would offer is a 10% discount on my next order
RecommendedShane's went above and beyond any place I've ever ordered Uber eats from. They made a mistake and instead of blaming it on the driver, they upgraded both my sides, gave me two coupons and called me to make sure that I knew it was their fault. The ribs were absolutely outstanding. I am always hesitant on ordering ribs from places around here, but they were falling off the bones and tasted so good!
we ordered 2 meals to be delivered through DoorDash. My husband is a truck driver and it's his birthday. We were at the Flying J 4 miles away and wanted a good meal. Already paid and tipped. Go over to the front of the store and waited... And waited... And waited... Had to contact DoorDash because we kept waiting. Ovrer an hour.
