Our family loves most everything they make! It's always delicious! Today I went in to order one or our favorites! "Chicken salad" salad but I was told they got rid of it a month ago! Then I asked for a chicken salad sandwich...nope that's gone too!!! �� everything chicken salad is gone! Needless to say I was disappointed by this management decision and chose another place for dinner.
I usually Love Shane's, but today we went there for lunch to celebrate my mom's clear Pet Scan.I ordered chicken tender Salad and most of my Lettuce was Brown and Hard pieces �you should never find this type of Lettuce in your Salad ... Never Again !! Service was Good

I ordered a hamburger and it wasn't done. So I politely asked for another one and it wasn't done either. I did get my money refunded on my debit card but it will take three days for the transaction.
