I’ve been living here in Enterprise for a good 15yrs now. Shane’s BBQ has a great atmosphere for the family. Shane’s can get busy at times but the STAFF has always been POLITE and genuinely NICE. The food is always on point and serving portions are great! 10 stars if I️ could. Good people! Great food!

So, I called to place an order for pick up. When the chick answered the phone, she immediately put me on hold not allowing me to say anything. Ten minutes later I finally hung up the phone not sure if I had been hung up on or forgotten. I’ve been trying to call back for the last thirty minutes with no answer at all. Bad business. If you guys are busy, that’s all well and good. However, don’t skimp on your customer service. I’ll be switching over to Hooks upon opening.
The chicken tenders were amazingly good, but the fries were a little hard. Great service. Great prices & the restaurant was very clean. They actually deserve a 4.5. I would definitely recommend the BBQ!
Had the biggest stuffed potato I have ever seen last night. I could have fed an entire family with it. Not only was it HUGE, it was delicious. If you've never been to Shane's Rib Shack you need to go.
We went after our granddaughter's baptism today, a whole big group of us. The staff at Shane's took such great care of us!!
