The most AWFUL experience I've ever had in a restaurant! Waited for an hour to receive our food. After multiple conversations with the kitchen letting them know we still didn't have our food, it still never arrived. Waited a solid hour and ended up just asking for a refund.

Mrs. Milner, we do apologize greatly for the poor service and lack of food you did not receive. We value our customers and know that they are taking time out their schedule, and money out their pockets to eat with us. If you choose to give us one more try, we would love to have the chance to make things right. I have placed your name in a notebook and all you have to do is tell the cashier your name and that you are in the notebook, and you will be taken care of. Again, please accept our deepest apology.
Just left this place, I don't mind paying money for food, but I expect to get what I paid for. Was handed one bag that felt light, asked the young lady if both my orders of full rack ribs were in that one bag, she told me "yes"...guess what...NOPE. Other bag was still in the back...same crap happened the last time over a year ago, I guess I will take my business...again...somewhere else for the next year!!! This was your chance this year from me and you messed up!!!
Very good as usually!! Always a wonderful meal. I love Shane's Rib Shack !!
