I’ve eaten here a bunch of times. Normally it’s pretty good. Today I had the driest ribs I have ever eaten. I threw most my meal in the trash. My friend had the same. His were horrible too. They had to be cooked at lunch and served a 645. Sorry for the bad review but it was really bad.

My husband likes Shane's so we eat here. I do not really care for BBQ sauce . I order my food with no sauce but almost always it comes smothered in it. .Hard to fix when you order take out and live across town then you're home before you find it out.

Food was awesome. The 'sampler' is deceiving...there is a lot of food. Atmosphere is great. Staff was friendly. No alcohol so if you're looking to sit down and have a beer, won't happen. But don't let that keep you from going.
My sister and I had to wait 45 min to get our food because you were too busy waiting on a party of about 50 people. I ask about our order after about 20 min and she said it’ll be out shortly. You could have come out and explained but you didn’t. Where was the manager? Poor servers were running round like a chicken with their head cut off.
The food was good, but the air conditioning wasn't working so it was 80 degrees inside.
