I've never had a personal auto repair shop, but I can now say that Shane's will be the place I take all my vehicles for repair :-) From beginning to end they really know how to treat people !! I appreciated their continuous contact with me while trying to repair the multiple problem with my daughter's car. Also, liked that they were able to give me options for the repairs along the way. Very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly.
