It is difficult to express my gratitude with this auto repair shop. They have been very easy to work with whenever I have had car problems. I trust them and their work. It is so nice to be able to go to a shop and know that your car will get on the road again and that they will not try to up-sell you on something unnecessary. They are the best!
I found myself stranded on a national holiday, with a car that didn't work because of a faulty alarm and despite calling many Honda dealerships and leaving messages all around town, Shane called me back on his day off and told me how to successfully disarm it...so now I can drive back to Phoenix and not miss work! I love these guys. You won't find more dedicated people and better customer service anywhere.
So thankful to have an honest shop to get to the root of the problem...Shane's was the 3rd shop we had taken the car to for the same problem and he got it right the first time. Glad we found a shop that can get it fixed the first time and not add extra unnecessary work to the bill.
