Very accommodating to meet my schedule, met my expectations in cleaning rooms and stairs.

I’ve used them in the past, and they’re always accommodating, but never as accommodating as today. Even with a full holiday schedule, they made sure to squeeze me in, at the end of the day on Friday, for an emergency wet vac following a flood in my basement. I am so grateful.

Todd was our technician today. We needed to have our carpet re-stretched in several areas related to ripples in the carpet as well as a well needed cleaning .. We saw this was offered by Shane Steamers. Wow what a beautiful difference in our carpet . The ripples are gone , no stains and our carpet looks new ! We would highly recommend this company .
