I was extremely satisfied with the service of Shane Steamers. Our tech, Sam, was very personable and took his time to ensure that he did a good job for us. I would definitely recommend using Shane Steamers. They're great!
Shane steamers did some work in my house, the tech they sent, Todd, was very professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, courteous and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond of what was supposed be done and I highly recommend to my friends and family Shane Steamers, especially Todd, for your carpet cleaning needs. I have used Stanley Steemears in the past and based on my experience with Shane Steamers, I will no longer use Stanley Steemears, I will be using Shane Steamers forever!
Shane steamers worked me into the Thanksgiving schedule! Although I called last minute, "momma" Shane Steamers placed me on a waiting list & called me back the next business day. We've used Shane for over 10+ years. We would have our carpets cleaned every year, but somewhere along the way we got busy and unfortunately our carpets got neglected. Shane's showed up today and got to work on 5 years of kids, dog, and overall dirt. When he left an hour later, they looked like new again. We had planned to rip up our floors later this year but thanks to Shane's we may just keep them for another year or two.
