Shane Steamers always are prompt and do amazing work! I am not sure how many years we’ve used them- I know it is more than 6. Their employees are always very polite and explain the process. Todd is here now and my granddaughter just HAD to meet him and he was so sweet to oblige!! Shane Steamers always do a courtesy call and let me know they will be out and have a 💯 on time record with us. I always recommend Shane Steamers and would never consider using anyone else. Garrett came out today from Shane Steamers To clean my carpets. He was thorough with explaining what he was doing, carpets looked and smelled great. Just moved out here four months ago have never met someone so friendly. We had such great conversation ,Garret went above and beyond, not only did he make my carpets look great he made my day truly memorable with his kind words and conversation. Hands-down I will use Shane steamers from here on out!
We recently moved and had Todd out to clean the carpets. We had him back out today to clean the tile and grout. Wow!! What a huge difference!! I highly recommend Shane Steamers!!
