He's a pro, and he's kind. He understood my need to get my eyes back to 2020 after having Lasik wayyy back in the 90's, hence having to do PRK. All is going well, I'm still healing. The EyeHealth team general is solid. Recommended!
Dr. Kim is the rudest and most unprofessional doctor I have ever spoken to. I would never consider seeing a doctor with such terrible interpersonal skills.
Kim did cataract surgery on both my eyes; damaged my left eye - I'm told the damage he did is permanent with no way to fix it to restore my vision. Received no apologies and no hope my vision will ever be right again. He also did cataract surgery on my husband's eyes. He inserted one lens for distance and the other for close up vision. Kim did not advise or consult with my husband beforehand, to see if he approved or agreed with Kim doing this. 12 years ago Shane Kim did laser surgery on my eyes. I was nearly legally blind. He corrected my vision to 20/20. I felt like he was a miracle worker. Later that evening he called to check on me. No Dr has EVER done that for me. Several years later when my correction began to retract I was back to wearing contacts although not nearly the correction I needed in the past and Dr. Kim worked with me to find the best fit for my vision. I had an appointment with Dr. Kim today for a cataract surgery consultation. They were on-time, followed great COVID protocol, spent a lot of time answering all of my questions. I couldn't have been more pleased. I agree with "Hood River" who gave him 5 stars. I received three referrals before deciding to consult with him (he is way across town from where I live). I trust him completely after meeting with him.

Appallingly disinterested in his patients. Works in a get-em-through-quick assembly-line office. I attempted to express concerns with his cavalier attitude but was ignored. The staff ignored his directions when performing tests, some of which weren't done because the nurses say the doctor was wrong. What a joke.
Pterygium removal went well. Dr. Kim has a nice presence and is a true professional. I would highly recommend him.
