Early appointment, quick check-in with a pleasant person - 5 minute wait to be seen. Tech got right work with my prep for the doctor and checking my correction. She was prompt and very personable. Short 5 minute wait for the doc. Dr. Shane was professional yet on my level. Questions answered so I can easily understand. He took about 10 minutes and I was out with the check-up results and Rx for new glasses. Painless.
Dr Kim, is one of the best eye doctors around. Very pleasant, very knowledgeable and very nice!!
