Last week, I took my diamond earrings that my husband purchased and upgraded multiple times at Shane Co. Minnetonka to have the screw-on backs tightened. Within 48 hours of the "repair", one back fell off causing me to lose an earring and the other back crumbled in my hand. All I got was a "That's too bad." It's a disappointment to not have a business like Shane Co. stand behind their products. Not exactly what I would call my friend in the diamond business.

My fiance purchased my engagement ring at Shane Co. and I love it! I went back for wedding bands and I got a matching band that looks perfect with my original engagement ring. I was excited to find out I could get them soldered together for free as part of the free lifetime warranty! I also picked out a men's ring for my fiance, an awesome cobalt ring that looks just like white gold for a fraction of the cost.
