I had a great experience with Amber at the Ridgedale location. I had a diamond fall out of my engagement band and she helped to get it fixed the same day. I was very grateful because I was leaving town the next day for a trip!

My husband purchased my ring 15 years ago here, and recently I lost the diamond. I had no insurance and hadn't had it checked at Shane in 8-10 years, at least. They still gave me the original value of my diamond to put towards a new one. I have had excellent service every time I have come in. I don't think alot of jewelers would have done the same! I'm very pleased!
