I love the quality of Shane Co. Rings. My mom and stepdad got their wedding rings from here, my brother got his future brides engagement ring and my fiance got my amazing engagement ring here. They are always so helpful with looking at things and also very knowledgeable about the rings. :) we go next Sunday to pick up my soon to be hubbys ring and I'm so excited to see how it'll look he got to customize it and everything :)

Sales team are great, products are awesome but the communication needs to get better between the jewelers and the check out personnel! I was in to resize my Christmas present and they did it wrong, then now I went in to get a bigger size for my anniversary present 4 months later, and they cut it back to the original size. It's frustrating and so time consuming. I wouldn't care if I had no plans for the day but it's Easter weekend and I have a lot going on!
Michelle was amazing. I went in to have my wedding ring prongs repaired and ended up ordering a new meteorite wedding ring for my husband. So excited to get it. Thank you so much Michelle.
