I’ve gotten all of my wife’s jewelry from Shane Co. and if we ever need stuff cleaned or fixed they take care of everything! I haven’t had a company take care of me and my family the way this location has! It’s encouraged me to make sure I get anything jewelry related form here! They have a customer for life!!!!! Only thing I’d ask is they bring back the chocolates! Not for me 😅 but for my kids 😂
Your voice on these radio commercials is beyond annoying. It sounds like you have marbles in your mouth and you should not speak in public. I would never shop in your store because I think you know your voice is grating on nerves. I’m embarrassed that you live in the same state.... ugh

Big thanks to sweet Jackie who helped get my wedding band fixed with a new sapphire! Haven’t been able to wear it for a while as the center stone came out and was lost. I was worried about getting it fixed as my husband had bought the ring online over a decade ago from a designer in Ireland. Jackie helped me find a perfect stone and I had my ring only a few days later!!! It looks like brand new!! thank you soo much!!! < 3
I want to thank the staff at the Scottsdale location for always being so helpful, kind and funny.
