Shane is the listing agent on the house my aunt is purchasing, he not making the process easy and his communication is very minimal. Changed to 4 stars because he did explain via this review that he is trying to help. After purchasing the house Shane left a sewer bill unpaid after telling the closing company he would take care of it. He is now ignoring all emails and calls.
Shane Smith and team member Ashlie Louden failed to appear for a scheduled showing and did not cancel. This demonstrates their poor communication, inability to meet commitments, and lack of accountability. This was a complete waste of time and effort for the seller. Seller agents beware! Their terrible performance will reflect badly on you to your customer, the selling homeowner.
