This is now my 3rd time working with shane. Buying 2 homes and selling 1. Shane was helpful every step of the way. Always ready to answer any question I had and was able to answer everything very thoroughly and quick. When selling my most recent house shane went above and beyond to get things done to sell the house. I couldn't imagine having to do all of that without his help. I would highly recommend him for either your buying or selling needs.
Shane was terrible as a seller’s agent for a house we were interested in buying. From the beginning, he seemed to show a lack of motivation to sell the property. **Worst of all, he didn’t even care to turn the utilities ON for the house inspection** He was uncooperative, and We had to send multiple emails to get him to respond.
